Jasmin Desai, MD

Overview

Jasmin Desai, MD, completed her fellowship at the Lombardi Comprehensive Cancer Center in the highly prestigious Georgetown University Hospital in Washington, DC, in 2018. Prior to her fellowship she completed an internship and residency at Temple University in Philadelphia. She received her medical degree and also holds Bachelor of Science degree graduated cum laude from Drexel University with a major in biology and a minor in business administration.

Dr. Desai is the author of several publications, abstracts and presentations and book chapters predominantly on breast cancer, gastrointestinal cancers, and anemia.

After completing her residency, she practiced in Florida from 2018 through 2023 in both Orlando and Brooksville. She is a member of the American College of Physicians, the American Medical Association, the American Society of Clinical Oncology, and the American Society of Hematology.

She and her husband have two children and enjoy spending time with the family, running and cooking
